How to look like a Bodybuilder

Here we will talk about how to actually look like the bodybuilders competing in the IFBB, such as Kai Greene, Dorian Yates and Kevin Levrone. We are gonna compare what happened between the 1970s and the 1990s, between the 1990s and today. What drugs do we have to use to look like them, what other requirements are there to be checked.
First off, we have to make clear that to look like a bodybuilder, the most important aspect are steroids. Not only that, but also growth hormone and insulin. The second most important part are your genetics, but not how well you build muscle or burn fat. Normal basic human physiology doesn’t apply at this point anymore, and the best bodybuilder is the one who responds the greatest to drugs without much side effects, and who has nicely shaped symmetrie, and ong full round muscle bellys. After that, diet plays another big role, and exercise to some degree.
The main difference between the 1970s and the 1990s era of bodybuilding, was the introduction of human growth hormone. Eventhough already used by Arnold Schwarzenegger in ist Cadaver-extracted form (causing various diseases if unlucky), it only spread popularity after 1970 and changed the physiques drastically. Human growth hormone is both anabolic for muscles and catabolic for fat, being unique in this features. It also releases IGF-1, another important growth factor, and synergizes well with anabolic steroids, amplifying their effects.
The next leap in size of bodybuilding came in the 1990s with Dorian Yates. He was the first bodybuilder to integrate Insulin and make it a permanent tool in bodybuilding circles. Insulin is a shuttling hormone that forces protein and carbohydrates (along with other nutrients) into the muscle on supraphysiological levels. It is the most anabolic hormone found in the human body, both for fat and muscle cells. Combined with huge doses of HGH and AAS there will be little fat gain though and it just increases the amount of muscle mass you can carry around. It is also supposedly one of the main factors for the huge guts on bodybuilders, as insulin promotes fat growth around organs just as much. It won’t hide your abs, but stay below them and push them out even further. Bodybuilders need weeks and weeks to diet off this very hard fat but most don’t because of risked muscle loss.
So how exactly does average joe blow up to IFBB sizes? Here are a few examples of cycles one could run to gain tremendous amounts of muscle mass.
For 20 weeks, you use 1500mg of testosterone per week, 1500mg of nandrolone decaonate per week, 10iu HGH/day, 10iu Insulin with every meal, 1mg arimidex per day. The first 6 weeks 150mg Anadrol per day, the last 6 weeks another 150mg Anadrol per day. This is a very basic blowup cycle, the dosages oftentimes get exceeded by bodybuilders with bad genetics. You need tremendous amounts of food and a very big budget to even attempt it, the growth hormone alone can cost you several thousands of dollars.
For the most part and unless you are already at the point where you are a competing bodybuilder, i highly suggest against this. Instead i will give you a safer, healthier and less expensive suggestion, that will still allow you to walk around with 240lbs+ and 10% bodyfat.
Before you start the cycle, make sure you’re as lean as possible. You want to eat alot of food and not worry about dieting during the time you’re using this cycle. Prime your body, eat 2 weeks low carbs beforehand, possibly even use metformin. Get decently lean, know how your body best reacts to training and THEN start.
We are aswell going to structure this out for 20 weeks. We will use 1000mg of Testosterone enanthate every week, as it is highly anabolic and cheap. Also, we need 1000mg of Nandrolone Decaonate per week. 25mg Aromasin every second or third day are gonna be enough, depending on how sensitive to estrogen you are. For orals, we will use either Dianabol at 50mg or Anadrol at 100mg and cycle it in 4 week cycles. Week 1-4, Week 8-12 and week 16-20 we will take our oral everyday. In the weeks we use the oral steroids, we use 10 IU of Insulin after every training. As growth hormone is incredibly expensive we will not make use of it and rather rely on the interaction of oral steroids+insulin+testosterone boosting our IGF-1 levels incredibly high. It is important to get atleast 400g of protein everyday, and train 4-5 times per week with very high volume and heavy weights. This cycle will blow any average 200lbs bodybuilder into the 240+lbs range, possible 260 or 270. Follow it with a cruise and then start your cutting cycle. For this 12 week blast, we want to use 1000mg Testosterone per week again, and add 700mg Trenbolone Enanthate per week. 25mg Aromasin every other Day. The oral of choice here is Winstrol as it directly leads to lipolysis and hardens your physique. Take 50mg the first 4 weeks and the last 4 weeks of the cycle. No Insulin or HGH will be used. Keep protein as high as possible and both carbs and fats low.
